Field Erected Water Cooling Towers
Field erected type towers are preferred when large heat discharges are required, especially
when the flowrate is 1000 m/h or more. Their height and physical configuration are shaped
according to projects. Over the years, the use of treated timber in towers has gradually
decreased and FRP is started to be used in the new generation towers at 100%.
The towers built with 100% FRP materials are not affected by corrosives or parasites, so
their lifespan is quite long.
