Description
The Ametist series is an integrated engineering solution designed to meet high-capacity heating demands without human intervention. Its core technology is a water-cooled, hydraulic-driven reciprocating grate that ensures complete and efficient combustion while automatically crushing and removing slag. This advanced system provides a continuous, stable, and highly efficient operating regime.
Fuel is transferred from the bunker and fed to the combustion chamber automatically, eliminating labor costs and operational errors. The boiler's 3-pass design and secondary air injection maximize the energy extracted from the fuel, while a high-efficiency multi-cell cyclone filter ensures environmental compliance. This entire process is managed by an advanced PLC automation touch panel that gives operators real-time data, performance reports, fuel consumption analysis, and proactive fault alerts with iconic vision like a smartphone.
