Flue gas is forced into a controlled vortex, which uses centrifugal force to separate the heavier solid particles from the gas stream. Each unit is engineered for optimal separation and minimal pressure drop, which reduces the load on your flue gas fan and lowers energy costs.

System Types and Applications

  • Single Cyclone Systems: Ideal for basic particulate filtration in low to medium-capacity boiler systems.
  • Multi-Cyclone Systems: High-efficiency units with 4, 6, 9, or 12 parallel cyclone cells. These are designed for high-capacity industrial facilities with large flue gas volumes.
  • Wet Scrubber Systems: An advanced solution for capturing very fine particulates and harmful gases (like SOx) to meet the strictest emission targets.
