Description
Designed to eliminate the long pre-heating times and standby energy losses of traditional boilers, the Jasper series is the smartest solution for processes with intermittent or variable steam demand. At its heart is a 3-pass serpentine water-tube heat exchanger, where water circulates inside the coils and is heated directly by the flame. This design allows the generator to produce steam in just 2-5 minutes from a cold start, so you only use energy when you need it. Its modular, "plug-and-play" structure, where all equipment is factory-assembled on a single chassis, significantly reduces on-site installation time and costs. The low water volume also inherently increases operational safety under the EU's Pressure Equipment Directive.
