Description
Designed for critical industrial processes, the Kuvars series eliminates operational risks with its
single or twin-furnace structure. This design functions like two independent boilers in one body, (if twin furnace) guaranteeing absolute operational continuity by allowing one furnace to take over production if the other requires maintenance.
Furthermore, the ability to operate with a single furnace during periods of low steam demand significantly reduces fuel consumption, providing a direct cost advantage. Each boiler is designed to comply with the world's most demanding pressure vessel standards, including ASME BPVC and EN 12953, and is CE certified. The 3-pass fire-tube design and large steam volume ensure the system remains stable without pressure loss, even against sudden steam demands.
