High Performance, Maximum Durability
Semi-welded plate heat exchangers consist of plate packages formed by joining two separate plates by laser welding. This structure provides both resistance to high-pressure fluids and flexible use with gaskets placed between the plates. It combines energy efficiency and safety, especially in industrial plants and systems requiring high performance.

In semi-welded plate heat exchangers, each plate package is formed by laser welding and sealing is ensured. The fluids move in opposite directions between the plate surfaces, realizing maximum heat transfer. Special channels on the plates increase energy efficiency by increasing the turbulence of the fluid. The use of gaskets prevents mixing of fluids and offers easy maintenance and flexibility.
