Description
The VENCO ECOGREEN Series Ecology Units not only provide effective ventilation in industrial kitchens but also ensure the removal of grease and odors from the air released into the outdoor environment. In kitchen applications, especially in high-density kitchens, it is neccessary to capture and clean the grease in the exhaust air. Otherwise, the ventilation system may malfunction or pose fire risks. Metal filters and electrostatic filters are used to capture the grease in kitchen exhaust air.
When exhaust air from kitchen is released into the atmosphere, it must not negatively impact the environment. Therefore, it needs to be deodorized, and for this purpose, carbon filters are used.
