Description
Coils
Manufactured in pipe diameter of 3/8" with wall thickness of 0,35 mm in a staggered arrangement.
Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 4,5 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 32x28 mm.
To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.
Cabinet
GNK Series Commercial Air Cooler cabinets are manufactured with plastic and galvanized steel, coated with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, making them resistant to various weather conditions.
Fan
GNK Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators use fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300 mm.
Defrost
Optional E1 or E2 electric defrost application can be provided upon request.
Capacity
Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 Standards for R404A refrigerant gas based on European fans.
Testing
The GNK Series Plastic Ceiling Type Evaporators are tested at 40 bar and shipped with 6 bar nitrogen.
