Description
Coils
Manufactured in pipe diameters of 1/2" and 5/8" with wall thicknesses of 0,35 mm and 0,40 mm, in a staggered arrangement.
Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 40x35 mm.
To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.
Cabinet
GNE Series Standard Type Air Coolers cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.
Fan
GNE Serises Standard Type Air Coolers use fans with diameters of Ø250, Ø300, Ø350, Ø400, Ø450, Ø500 mm.
Defrost
Optional electric defrost applications of type E1 or E2 are available.
Capacity
Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 standards for R404A gas based on European fans.
Test
GNE Series Standard Type Air Coolers are tested at 40 bar and delivered with nitrogen at 6 bar.
