Description
Coils
Manufactured in pipe diameters of 1/2" and 5/8" with wall thicknesses of 0,35 mm and 0,40 mm, in a staggered arrangement.
Aluminum fins with a corrugated surface are used, with a fin spacing of 10 mm, and the mold geometry is designed as 56x48 mm.
To protect the copper pipes used in the batteries, mirror sheets are made of aluminum. A Refrigerant Distributor and Copper Collector are used.
Cabinet
GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporators cabinets are manufactured from galvanized steel, painted with RAL 9016 electrostatic powder paint, which is resistant to different weather conditions.
Fan
GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporator use fan with diameter of Ø630 mm.
Defrost
Optional electric defrost applications of type E3 are available.
Capacity
Capacities are calculated according to EN 328 standards for R404A gas based on European fans.
Test
GNS Series Blast Freezer Evaporators are tested at 40 bar and delivered with nitrogen at 6 bar.
