USAGE AREAS
■ Can be used at all places, that use coal and need to produce rapid steam in low capacities ■ Can be used at all places, that aim to consume less fuel with high efficiency.

ADVANTAGES
■  Due to the semi-cylindrical feature flame length is sufficient and ash cleaning facilities are comfortable, ■ Due to thw low watwer capacity, generates rapid steam and reduces losses at the first operating period,
■ Temperature of the flue gas reducing condensation temperature and provides high efficiency with economizer ■ Provides lower nitrogen oxide emissions with 3-pass desing,
■ Radiation loss is prevented by rear smoke box and water coler system, ■ Staircase and platform provides easy and safe acces beween floor levels and boiler,
■ Heat loss is prevented by mesh wire rockwool insulation, ■ Alumina-doped refractory is resistant to high temperature, durable and insulated,
■ Simple to operate and to maintain, ■ Can easily fit in a small areas,
■ Can be converted on to Gas-Liquid system, ■ It is a compact structure consisting of; burning stocker, fixtures, pump, water softener unit and condensate tank.

 

DISADVANTAGES
■ Coal ash accumulates on the interior of the boiler as slog. To increase boiler efficiency ou will have to remote slag on a regular basis.
■ Spare parts are required.
 
■ Air ducts are clogged in stocker. Before cleaning, incline of the transport spirals is required.
