Hinged Swing Cold Room Doors are preferred in small and medium sized Cold Storage Rooms.
Tamcold Cooling Systems manufactures these doors in accordance with international standards.
• Hinged doors are produced by injecting 40-42 kg / m³ polyurethane in high pressure polyurethane machines between two 0.50 mm thick sheets.
• According to the temperature of the Cold Storage, the door thicknesses are 8 cm, 10 cm, 12 cm and 15 cm. Door seals are manufactured with heater resistance against freezing in low temperature warehouses.
• The surface materials of Hinged Impact Cold Storage doors are produced as RAL 9002 painted Polyester coated Galvanized Sheet as standard. It can also be produced as PVC coated Galvanized Sheet or 304 Cr-Ni Stainless Sheet.
• It is very important to be hygienic since it is constantly intertwined with food. For this reason, it is manufactured using anti-bacterial materials that comply with HACCP rules.
• The most common Net transition size used in hinged doors is 90 cm x 190 cm. It is also possible to produce in wider or narrower sizes according to the demand of the customer and the dimensions of the transport devices to enter.
• When the door leaf is opened, lifting hinge is used, which prevents friction to the ground.
• Hinged Swing Doors; It can be used not only for Cold Storage rooms but also in areas where heat insulation is required.
• Hinged impact-type doors can be manufactured to be opened to the right or left according to the demand of the customer and the status of the project.
• Even if the door is locked from the outside during any panic, the person staying inside the warehouse can easily get out of the tank thanks to the phosphorous inner opening handle.
• Optionally, when a viewing window is installed on the door leaf, it is possible to monitor the products in the warehouse without opening the door.
